Right now, we're looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals with outstanding sales and service skills and an engaging and responsive telephone manner to join us at our Call Centre in Leeds. A role that's all about planned and professional selling and maintaining the highest standards of customer service, you'll be the dedicated point of contact for a range of sales requests and enquiries. We'll also look to you to take ownership of any customer issues and resolve or escalate them as appropriate. Maintaining a high level of commercial awareness by reviewing competitor activity, to make sure we enhance our position in the market will be important too. And, when it comes to using your initiative to develop and manage strategic activity with existing accounts or negotiating prices to ensure maximum profit, again, we'll rely on you.
To succeed, you'll need an innate ability to build a rapport and establish 'confident' relationships with everyone you deal with. Telephone customer service experience, including having worked with and exceeded targets, is also essential, as are excellent negotiating, questioning and listening skills. A confident problem solver with a flair for planning and time management, you're equally at home working alone and in a team environment and enjoy acting on your own initiative with minimal supervision. You're totally committed and flexible in terms of working hours too, while your business awareness, numeracy and product knowledge and natural aptitude for sales will see you thrive.
