We are currently looking for a Recoveries Controller to join our successful team based in Leeds. We are looking for someone who canwork within the Recoveries/Collections Department to maximise the collection of overdue accounts and provide a professional and informative primary point of contact for customers, sales and credit control teams whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include accurately updating systems, ensuring we have a full record of actions taken and payments recorded, as well as setting up new accounts on the system and conducting various searches, filing, copying, paying invoices and cash allocation via SAP.

You will be communicating with, debtors/customers, 3rd parties and colleagues by phone and in writing therefore strong communications skills are a must.
