One of the UK's biggest brands is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator, with knowledge of Excel and SAP or similar to join the Carlsberg UK family in Leeds.

We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the MI & Payroll Specialist to ensure the maintenance of payroll and reward data through annual and 4 weekly activities.
Responsibilities include:
*Administration to support the 4 weekly and monthly payroll such as queries, statutory and third party reporting and pay slip printing and distribution.
*Ensure all payroll documents are properly filed and secure to facilitate good housekeeping and accurate retrieval for audit purposes.
*Various HR reporting.
*Administrative support for annual and 4 weekly reward activities such as flexible benefits, total reward statements, car scheme and benchmarking evaluation.
As well as organising and distributing pay slips, you'll be responsible for filing all payroll documents so that they can be retrieved easily and dealing with employee queries. Providing HR reporting, handling employee claims and preparing P60s and P11Ds will also be part of your role.
Knowledge of MS Office and payroll systems, ideally supported by reporting experience, is not our only requirement. You'll also need the interpersonal skills to communicate with employees, line managers, our HR team, government bodies and third-party suppliers.
