An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fun, exciting and rewarding company based in Kent.
You will be working in an environment selling a wide range of exclusive products to customers whilst providing unbeatable customer service and advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and wine advice.
  • Analyse market trends of wine and evaluate.
  • Promotion of wine to trade and the market place.
  • Production of reports and recommendations on purchasing and selling.
  • Provide wine training for the team

We are looking for:

  • Results driven individual, self-motivated and with a strong passion for wine.
  • A friendly, personable individual with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Proven objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a customer quickly.
  • Good level of wine knowledge
  • Must have WSET Level 3 minimum or equivalent.
  • Strong Excel and computer proficiency.
  • A flexible approach and ability to work outside core hours as required.
  • A good sense of humour.

Salary: £30,000.00 /year
