We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Vineyard Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Viticulture, this is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in our continuous viticulture expansion and development at Chapel Down.
About you
To excel in this role you will need a proven track record in managing vineyards from establishment to full production - with a strong understanding of the unique challenges of UK cool-climate viticulture, particularly for premium sparkling wine.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills are essential with the ability to plan and manage resources and budgets for efficient and cost-effective vineyard operations.
You will have a strong understanding of crop protection and vine nutrition management, understanding of managing soil health and promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company health and safety standards.

Salary range of £35-40k per annum based on skills and experience.
