Retail Support Administrator (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and create food and drink menus for the Retail Estate.
  • Provide full administrative support to our team of 3 Development Chefs.
  • Monitor and update accommodation web presence & details online.
  • Supporting  with the continual development of marketing for the Retail Estate.
  • Raising purchase orders for our pubs and hotels using SAP. 
  • Providing cover and administrative support for other team members.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in all Microsoft packages.
  • Enthusiasm and a flair for creativity and design.
  • First class verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • A great team player that will support their colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Office Suite is advantageous, not essential.
  • Experience of SAP is desirable, not essential.
