We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine, has experience of managing a busy warehouse, excellent customer service skills and wants to join a dynamic team based in Surrey.  This is an incredibly interesting and varied role which, which will allow you to have responsibility of both a warehouse and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overall management of the warehouse, including but not limited to

• Purchasing administration.
• Stock control - Goods in/out
• Stock taking
• Order processing – telephone and e-commerce sales orders.
• Planning and execution of logistics.
• Day to day people management responsibility when employees are onsite.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of stock management systems (Brightpearl ideally).
• Great organisational and time management skills
• A strong attention to detail.
• Good inter-personal skills
• Must work well under pressure.
• Quick to learn and pick up on systems.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a good telephone manner.
• A focus on delivering great customer service.
•  An advanced working knowledge of Microsoft products - Word, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence
