With that in mind we are seeking to employ an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing all the business aspects of Causeway Coast Vineyard, serving a team of over 30 people with a budget of over a million pounds. We expect to see our team grow and so the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a large church or similar organization. They must embrace our mission of building a generous, hospitable, supernaturally risk-taking community; helping us to remain inwardly strong and outwardly focused.
