Based within our Marketing team and reporting directly to the CRM & Loyalty
Manager, you will be responsible for:
Working within the Marketing Planning and Analysis team, understanding our members and supporting decision making through providing marketing analysis and insight to the business
Providing relevant member (customer) selections for marketing activities, and ascertain their success
Providing, developing and streamline reporting to monitor performance and support decision making
Delivering meaningful insight to the business and make recommended improvements to contact strategy and Member retention initiatives
Candidates must have:
Proven experience in marketing analysis or CRM
A statistical or mathematical orientated degree or equivalent
The ability to demonstrate numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data between worksheets and turn into meaningful diagrams
The ability to analyse large datasets
Positivity, self-motivation and be a team player
Closing date for applications will be 12 noon Wednesday 5th July 2017.
First stage interviews are scheduled to take place week commencing 10th July 2017.
Second stage interviews are scheduled to take place 20th to 26th July 2017.
