Brand Marketing Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

My client is responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Distribution of highly prestigious Family Produced brands from several countries including France, Chile, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Portugal and Spain.

A rare opportunity is now available for a Brand Manager to take responsibility for a specific range of Family Produced brands. You will work closely with the brand owner to manage and develop a strong brand profile and distribution through a variety of channels, ranging from the Multiple and Independent Retail sectors though to the Top end/Prestigious On-Trade. 

 

We need a person of high integrity, immense passion and unerring levels of customer service. You will need to be strong on detail, very proactive in delivering information, consistent at meeting deadlines and present an image and personal style that reflects the image of the brands you will manage.

 

You will offer at least 1-2 years FMCG/Wines Marketing experience, however experience managing other prestigious/premium Brands will also be considered.

 

You will be working within a dedicated Marketing team with responsibility for Brand performance in terms of: -

·                  Value, volume and margin

·                  Distribution

·                  PR

·                  Promotional activity

·                  Event Management

·                  Managing and achieving Brand/Brand owners expectations

 

Reporting to the Marketing Controller you must have the following skills/attributes: -

·                  FMCG Brand Management

·                  PR experience

·                  Communications

·                  High level of Diplomacy

·                  Excellent planning

·                  Organised, beyond reproach, take ownership

·                  A subtle influencing style – able to challenge calmly, confidently and diplomatically

·                  Good presentation – written, oral and personal image

·                  Prioritising tasks

.          Qualifications - Degree in Marketing/Business or CIM and WSET would be beneficial

 

The basic salary will be negotiable and the package will include a discretionary company bonus, car allowance and pension scheme.
