An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Services Administrator to join our Marketing Services team on a 1 year fixed term basis. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative and solutions driven individual to support our Brand Marketing teams with innovative, disruptive and exciting POS solutions.
Working in the position of Marketing Services Administrator, based out of our riverside London offices, you will be responsible for the day to day POS procurement activities across all in-house Brands. You will form part of the Marketing Services team, who provide an imaginative, collaborative and hands-on service, from product concept ideation, development of point of sale materials, supplier sourcing, delivery of materials and everything in-between! It’s a highly dynamic and diverse role with real job satisfaction, working on POS materials for some of the World’s most exciting Brands.
As the Marketing Services Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Providing on-going support to the Marketing Services Procurement department in the purchasing of POS materials for our brands
- Update and maintain the POS tracking system
- Update and maintain all other relevant POS records and manuals
- Liaise with UK and China warehouse on monthly invoices, cross-check charges against POS shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Process all new suppliers through CSR risk-mapping tool and make recommendations to the team on status, liaise with HQ each new wave
- Coordinate product testing for POS items, liaising with team, suppliers and external testing house
Our ideal Marketing Services Administrator will have strong analytical skills and excellent administrative abilities. They will be an exceptional planner and organiser and able to cope within a fast-paced environment. They will have to be creatively minded, with the ability to come up with new ideas. They will have superb communication and interpersonal skills. Although not essential, we would prefer if they had FMCG marketing background and were currently working in a similar position. Also a working knowledge of distribution and export would be helpful in this role.
