If so, our Global Strategy and Development team are seeking a Digital Insight Analyst to investigate and understand the consumer, brands, and competitors through our online data sources.
The Marketing Effectiveness arm of our Global Strategy and Development team are responsible for providing insight and learnings based on real data and evaluation to our global brand teams which can be used to improve the performance of our products and campaigns, and ultimately drive success. As a Digital Insight Analyst you will play a critical role in advising global marketing teams through the test and learn process and bringing the company closer to the consumer through digital sources.
As a Digital Insight Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Regular reporting on brand social media performance and website performance
- Evaluating the performance of key social media campaigns
- Social listening on a broad range of topics including brands, consumer groups, passion points, campaigns, trend monitoring etc.
- Commissioning projects from companies on digital insight beyond the internal scope, e.g. audience segmentation
- Competitive analysis
- Working with our Data Management Platform to identify consumer insight
- Organising presentations for the business from key digital players such as Google and Facebook to keep the company up to date on the digital world
- Contributing to larger company initiatives such as ways of working in digital, or implementing new insight technologies
- Working closely with the global brand teams, Consumer Insights team and Pernod Ricard Headquarters
The Digital Insight Analyst role is ideal for someone who has experience in primary analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights. It is important that you are able to tell a story with the data and provide actionable recommendations. This role is an ideal opportunity to advance and develop within a forward thinking and business critical global strategic planning team. You will need to display a strong interest in brands, consumers and marketing and it will be necessary to have the ability to influence and be trusted. Experience using social listening platforms is preferable.
As the Digital Insight Analyst you will need exceptional interpersonal skills in order to create strong relationships within Chivas Brothers and across Pernod Ricard more broadly. You will need a proven ability to persuade, motivate and drive change. The ability to work independently and assess business priorities is essential.
