The Role:
We are looking to bring onto our team a bright, independent, proactive and creative marketing assistant to the Friarwood Team. This is a role for a recent graduate to gain experience in a small and entrepreneurial company, where ideas and initiatives are valued and executed.
Responsibility:
Reporting to the management team, you will be in charge of assisting and executing marketing related tasked; from online marketing to offline marketing, ecommerce management, SEO, design and PR.
Tasks:
- Develop brand recognition and product awareness in B2B and B2C channels
- Elaborate and execute a PR strategy in partnership with external agency
- Maintain up to date our portfolio through the ecommerce, wine list, technical sheets
- Design marketing material
- Create content for blog, newsletter, press releases…
- Assist sales team for events (trade shows, wine dinners, producer visits, wine tastings…)
- Develop and reinforce Friarwood’s marketing strategy to drive growth in all distribution channels
About you:
- Capability of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient IT and design skills (Microsoft, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Google adwords…)
- Wine knowledge is not required but interest in the product / industry is compulsory
