Description
We are currently recruiting for an innovative and driven individual to join the Lean Quality Team as Quality Assurance Technician to champion, support and enable the delivery of exceptional quality standards across bottling operations whilst continuously identifying potential operational, environmental and commercial improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
· Champion and promote exceptional quality standards across bottling operations
· Be a catalyst for compliance for peers to current systems
· Pro- Actively Engage with bottling operations to team to establish and remove barriers to conformance and opportunities for improvement.
· Intuitive in team environments, co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that the right measures are put in place for product compliance
· Sustain and improve product quality across the bottling operation
· Identify potential issues throughout production and quality processes, use root cause analysis to problem solve and ensure measures are put in place to detect and prevent reoccurrence.
· Ensure and champion adherence to ISO 9000 and ISO 22000 standards
· Assist or lead Internal Audits in a diligent and quality focused manner whilst constantly engaging with peers and colleagues seeking opportunities for process improvement
· Investigate, report and action on material related issues of non-conformances whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and develop continuous improvement plans
· Conduct laboratory testing and calibration of equipment as required
· Develop reports for quality related issues
· Attain plant & group KPI’s
· Assist or lead or partake in the delivery of various ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications and skills required
· A Third Level Degree in the areas of Science, Business or Engineering.
· Minimum 12 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment
· Developed ability to build genuine and productive professional relationships.
· Proven ability to bring new value adding ideas and or solutions to the team.
· A strong ability to influence both peer to peer and upwards.
· Excellent listening skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Data driven, experience with quality control tools such as Control plans, FMEA, Run charts
· Strong planning and organisational skills
· IT Literate
· A decisive, motivated self-starter
· Strong team player
· Proactive approach to problem solving

· Must have be able to balance challenging the status quo and considering the experience and opinions of others
Work Pattern
The successful candidate may be required to work a shift pattern, as determined by business requirements.
Selection Process

1st Round
Video Interview – An online Video interview that allows you to tell us about yourself and why you would like to join the team, it takes about 20 minutes
Psychometric and Competency Test - A few short online tests that give us a better idea of what you might bring to the team
Final Round
Presentation & Interview – By this stage we will have gotten to know you a little bit, this round will be an opportunity for you to get to know us better and for us to get a better idea of how you approach things and want from a career with us.
