Accounts Payable (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

The Role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for following tasks:

  • Monthly and ad hoc payment runs
  • Processing of accounts payable invoices on Navision system
  • Creditors reconciliations
  • Disbursement posting
  • Cheque request processing
  • Purchase Order generation and processing
  • Responding to Creditor Queries
  • Assisting with month end and other ad hoc projects as required

The Ideal Person

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with the ability to work on own initiative and possess the following skill set:

  • Seeking a career in finance
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent English essential
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate especially Excel.
