An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee IT Support Analyst within our IT Team based in our Brewery in Blandford, Dorset.
The successful candidate will support team members at the brewery and across our managed house estate by providing 1st line support on the IT Service Desk.
The role will include:

Ensuring that all support requests are logged into the appropriate system.

Responding to support requests and establishing priorities.

Identifying the needs for and assisting with the installation of new hardware and software

Problem solving, fixing system failures and introducing preventative measures

Identifying opportunities for improvements in all areas.

Liaising with IT suppliers and third parties
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be adaptable with the ability to work well under pressure. You will have a general knowledge of using computers and an interest in IT. Exposure to Microsoft Windows Office packages is desired.

The role is available immediately. The hours are 37.5 hours per week to be worked Mon-Fri. Competitive salary dependant on experience, as well as bonus scheme, excellent benefits and training.
