We are looking for a talented and professional Retail Sales & Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team.

The successful candidate will become an integral member of the management team. You will be commercially focused and will lead the marketing and development of our retail sales activity across multiple channels. 

You will plan, co-ordinate and evaluate marketing campaigns; identify new sales opportunities and develop existing business.

You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the retail section, managing and motivating a small, skilled retail team.

Person Requirements

Proven experience in wine sales and marketing, or a related field is very desirable, but not essential, however a demonstrable interest in the product is crucial.

You should have:

  • • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate others
  • •  Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
  • • Excellent verbal, written and computer skills

You should also:

  • • Be accustomed to working with all types of sales channels including e-commerce and social media
  • • Be Sales and Service focused, committed to providing high standards
  • • Be organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • • Be innovative and driven
