St Austell Brewery has acquired the Chain Locker in Falmouth, one of the South West's leading cultural and festival destinations widely renowned by its maritime heritage and modern creativity. After a major renovation and redevelopment of the site due to be open August 2017, we require exceptional Assistant Managers to support the General Manager.

About the Chain Locker

Falmouth's leading waterfront pub the Chain Locker is undergoing a major upgrading and we intend to reopen this outstanding historic listed inn in early August 2017 following an extensive nine month sensitive yet spectacular restoration. Our aim will be to offer the highest standards of service, food and drink with modern comfortable bedrooms. We pride ourselves on offering fresh locally sourced food from the South West accompanied by our great award winning beers and fine wines served within this beautifully restored historic listed building in Falmouth.  

What we are looking for

We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals with previous experience in a managerial role. You will be passionate about hospitality management and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in the smooth running of the inn, helping to train and develop the team. Most importantly, we need in our team a flexible, ambitious and creative people willing to learn.
