Digital Marketing Specialist (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a proactive, growth-orientated and independent digital marketer to join our knowledgeable team of fine wine professionals, based in Central London. Our mission is to educate and supply our UK private clientele with the most exclusive premium wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Tuscany and Piedmont, handpicked by the most recognised wine critics in the world.

In addition to working on our on-going marketing projects, you will have an opportunity to contribute to a development of a completely new and exceptional product that has no equivalent in the UK market.

The role will involve:

  • working as part of small marketing team to design and implement digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on targeted e-mail and e-commerce
  • supporting the Project Manager in implementation of a new e-commerce platform
  • liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, including creative and marketing agencies, customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
  • planning, organisation and monitoring of campaigns for website, social media, etc.
  • working collaboratively within the marketing team on content generation
  • continuing research and monitoring of client needs, competitors’ actions and marketing campaigns; their evaluation and creation of relevant digital marketing activities

The ideal candidate should have:

  • a remarkable passion for and knowledge of both marketing and fine wines
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on mailing and e-commerce
  • knowledge of a range of digital channels and analytic tools (email, SEO, social, display)
  • experience in the fine wine industry
  • native or bilingual proficiency in English
  • WSET intermediate or equivalent knowledge of wines
