In this role
This position will be maternity cover for up to 9 months.
You will control the Receipt Handling & Despatch functions of the Warehouse Management System (Shift Duration) for Accolade Park, to agreed service / performance levels and cost targets. Manage & control Red Prairie DLx/JDE systems and Work Bank allocation within the warehouse.
Key tasks will include
- To ensure that all customer orders are picked accurately, efficiently, and effectively by allocating work tasks on Red Prairie/JDE in a timely fashion, so as to meet agreed customer service targets
- To ensure that all orders are assembled and checked accurately, efficiently, and to process shortages etc, so as to meet agreed customer service targets
- To ensure that all deliveries into Accolade Park are handled, checked and put away correctly and that all warehouse staff are made aware of and adhere to all relevant pick logic
