Supply Chain Finance Analyst (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

In this role

• You will provide Supply Chain decision support services to the Supply Chain and Operations team, providing monthly expenditure analysis on overhead and capital expenditure.
• You will assist the Supply Chain Accountant in month end reporting for the Supply Chain and to produce Regional Summary numbers and pack, in addition to reconciliation of JDE, Fpar and business reports.
• You will assist the Supply Chain Accountant with the co-ordination and preparation of Supply Chain and Operations Strategic plans, annual plans and forecasts – assisting with reconciliation, loading data into Fpar and in providing analysis to support the numbers.
• You will provide support as required for capital proposals and forecasting and planning numbers for capital and cash requirements.

Key tasks will include

• Laising purchases requisitions and processing distribution invoices on a weekly basis.
• Raising Capital requisitions
• Updating overhead trackers for pallets, distribution and utilities.
• Assist in preparation of local Supply Chain month end -  calculating and posting accrual and prepayment journals.
• Analysis of overhead variances in key General Ledger accounts.
• Assist in the month end reporting of overhead costs for manufacturing, warehouse and cross site functions.
• Assist with the month end reporting for Total EU Supply Chain Finance.
• Provide monthly expenditure analysis for Capital Expenditure and provide support as required for capital proposals

Ideally you will have this experience..

• Relevant work experience (Finance)
• ERP system / JD Edwards experience desirable.
• Essbase (Fpar) experience desirable

..And these qualifications

• Bachelors Degree - Qualified in Business, Commerce or related or Finance
• Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) UK - Qualified
