In this role

You shall act as the EMEA regional Reward and Benefits Specialist. You shall also provide Reward & Benefits support to the Asia Pac Region.

Key tasks will include

  • Conduct all benchmarking activity for EMEA & Asia Pac regions including;
    • Ensuring consistency of role sizing and salary data.
    • Completing annual salary survey submissions to benchmark data providers e.g. Mercer.
    • Setting up and managing the benchmark data in the HRIS.
  • Manage process of data integrations/interfaces with internal systems including the HRIS, payroll systems and benefit portal.
  • Deliver the annual companywide salary review and bonus processes by;
    • Designing bonus plan,  bonus letters and communications
    • Using the HRIS compensation module to manage and co-ordinate the process
    • Prepare salary review recommendations for each operating country using market data
    • Brief managers and the HR team on the salary review strategy and manage expectations.
  • Manage the provision of all employee benefits including Life Assurance, PMI, EAP and voluntary and flexible benefits provision through;
    • Notify benefit providers of employee changes.
    • Conducting annual renewals with the benefit advisers and providers.
    • Managing relationships with all benefit providers and advisers
    • Sourcing new suppliers for new benefits and / or ensuring our benefit provision is competitive in terms of cost to provide and meet the requirements of employees.
  • Maintain, publicise and raise awareness of the online voluntary benefits portal through;
    • Managing ongoing  communications
    • Regularly review and introduce new benefit offerings.
    • Ensure the program remains fresh and is utilised by employees.
    • Carryout annual roadshows and regular employee presentations.
  • Manage the annual buy / sell holiday scheme and maintain time accounts in HRIS
  • Managing the International Assignments process for UK outbound and inbound secondments.
  • Manage the Equal Pay reporting legal requirements including;
    • Providing recommendations for action plans.
    • Processing data analyses in line with legal requirements.
    • Work with the internal Legal team on the commentary requirements for the Company Accounts.

Ideally you will have this experience..

  • Min 5 years related experience in reward and benefits role
  • Experience of working in a stand alone team and as part of the wider HR team
  • Experience of working with a HRIS and / or online bonus and salary review modules
  • Experience of working with benefit providers and on-line benefit platforms
  • Experience of auto enrolment, DB and DC pension schemes

  • Bachelors Degree - Qualified in Business, HR or related
  • Post Graduate - completed in Business, HR or related
