In this role

You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of Masterdata  for Accolade Wines North America and Chile through the Master Data Hub and other Accolde Wines systems in line with agreed SLA’s.   You will provide support to the business during transition of Accolade Wines North America and Chile onto global Accolade systems.

You will be responsible for working closely with the business teams in the region to ensure that the MDM service is fit for purpose and support the Senior Master Data Analyst in managing data conversion and integrity testing during systems implementation.

Key tasks will include

  • Complete and accurate creation of  master data in the Masterdata Hub and in other global systems as required.
  • Adherence to agreed processes and Service Level Agreements
  • Communication and management of expectations and priorities if any anticipated risk to SLA (Senior Masterdata Analyst, business teams)
  • Reconciliation and validation of data
  • Support data conversion work stream of the implementation project.
  • Support cut-over Integrity testing
  • Maintaining up to date documentation appropriate to region and in line with agreed global standards.
  • Assist to business to resolve any data related or integrity issues in a timely manner
  • Support EU masterdata team as required

To succeed, the essential knowledge & skills are

  • Experience in data entry type role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Read, write and speak Spanish

Ideally you will have this experience..

  • Data entry 
  • ERP systems 

..And these qualifications

  • GCSE English or maths equivalent
