In this role
You will be required to provide HR support to the EMEA HR team in the deployment of HR administration across the Employee Lifecycle from vacancy management and onboarding to managing the leavers process. You will also be required to build strong working relationships across the business units and act as the day to day HR point of contact for employees.
Key tasks will include
- Ensure the HRIS is maintained and all employee records are up to date.
- Assist with the recruitment process: raise and manage vacancies, support the recruitment and selection process, manage all contracts and offer paperwork
- Manage the induction and onboarding process for new starters.
- Ensure timely completion of all Employee Lifecyle activities from processing new starters, probation reviews, contract changes, secondments, exit interviews and off boarding process.
- Working with the HRM for EMEA and the UK Payroll Manager support the outsourced EMEA International payroll documentation and notification processes
- Coordinate all training activities including the Wine Education programme (WEST) to include liaising with training providers, organising training courses, sending joining instructions etc
- Responsible for administration of maternity/paternity/parental leave (and other HR policies as and when required) including meeting with employees to discuss the policy; process paperwork, updating HR database, and prepare payroll authorisation documents.

Ideally you will have this experience..
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner with often sensitive people data
- Previous administration and dealing with (internal and external) stakeholders required
- Previous experience of SAP Success Factors HRIS is desirable but not essential
