Customer Service Executive (Non Retail)
Circa £22k dependent on experience plus excellent benefits and staff wine allowance.
We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Executive to join our Commercial Operations Team at our Accolade Park site in Bristol which employs over 500 people. Our Bristol site houses the largest bottling plant in the Northern Hemisphere bottling up to 1 million bottles of wine per day.

About the role
This is not a typical customer service role and isn’t based in a retail environment. Our customers include pubs and the cash and carry sector. This is a fast paced role in a very busy team. Reporting to our Commercial Operations Manager you will be responsible for the taking and flow of orders to our fulfilment team. You will also support the team in all aspects of customer service to ensure our high standards are maintained.
You will be part of a lively team who support each other and work closely together so expect to make new friends. You will be required to work 1 weekend in 4 but you will receive additional pay for this. This is a varied role and expect your mornings to be busy as you process work from the night before, however afternoons are less pressurised. Your key responsibilities include:
- Taking orders accurately and ensuring delivery, working to KPI’s
- Working collaboratively with our customers and Commercial Team to ensure our “customer first” ethos is maintained
- Ensuring the CRM database is updated with all customer complaints and other incidents
- Operational management – ensuring the installation and dispensing of wine on tap on licensed premises
- Supporting development work to optimise logistical solutions for our customers by working with the warehouse and distribution teams
