Cellar One Administrator (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

In this role

You will accurately manage and process Cellar One orders including the pick, pack and despatch

Key tasks will include

• To accurately receive order from the warehouse, both physically and in JD Edwards
• Effectively manage Cellar One orders and ensure they are delivered on time and in full
• To ensure all orders are despatched accurately, on time and with the correct paperwork using JD Edwards
• Ensure all orders are packed effectively, minimising in transit breakages and meeting required customer standards
• Arrange courier collections from site using 3^rd party website
• Raise and plan stock transfers from main warehouse to Cellar One area using JD Edwards and Red Prairie

Functional –

• Fully understand the Cellar One order process
• Demonstrate health & safety understanding and compliance
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes, JD Edwards, Red Prairie
• Understanding of lean principles

• GCSE English or maths equivalent
