At The Feathers Inn, near Stocksfield in the Tyne Valley, we need chef de Partie. You will be assisting the head chef and duties will include preparing and service of daily changing menus. You must have a real enthusiasm for food and own transport due to the location although we are only 12 miles from Newcastle and two miles from bus and train routes.
This is great opportunity to work with Rhian Cradock, one of the most respected young chefs in the region. Some experience is necessary, enthusiasm and hard work essential and in house training will be given.

· In addition to 5 lunch and 5 dinner services per week we will be hosting a Waygu weekend over the August bank holiday weekend. And we are looking forward to the game season which is always an exciting time for us and our customers
· We have annual food an beer festival every Easter and we also host food events throughout the year, eg food and beer night with Tempest brewery featuring innovative beer and food, An Alsace wine and food night, A spirit tasting evening with Sonnet 43

Staff are required Wednesday through to Sunday Lunch on a regular basis. Staff will initially be paid National Living and Minimum wage plus an equal share of all tips and a free meal. Experience and progress will be rewarded.
