We are looking for an assistant head sommelier to join our team at Umu. We are a two Michelin star Japanese restaurant in the heart of Mayfair and you will be working with the biggest Sake list in Europe and extensive wine list.
The ideal candidate will be a great leader, team player, and have a full of passion in this industry with great communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role in Michelin star restaurant would be necessary.
