We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Rang at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught - the outstanding 2 Michelin star restaurant by Helene Darroze.
The Connaught in London’s chic Mayfair district radiates a fascinating history and oozes style through its contemporary-classic design. Hélène Darroze, the proud holder of two Michelin stars for her signature restaurant at the Connaught, is inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, with roots in her native Landes region of South West France. This is a real chance to be part of Hélène’s team of dedicated and experienced professionals.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Demi Chef de Rang at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, you will provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator take a hands-on approach to your role and have a real passion for food and wine. You will assist your colleagues in managing a station ensuring that efficient service is maintained at all times.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You will be a talented individual with proven experience in a similar function within a comparable environment.
