Chef de Partie (Sommelier and Chef Jobs: Restaurants)

Aster is the newest dining destination from restaurant group D&D London and is set to be the new star of SW1. The food concept is Nordic/French, inspired by Executive Chef Helena Puolakka's Scandinavian heritage and classic culinary technique. 

Helena has crafted menus marrying a distinctive blend of Nordic flavour and French technique.

Role:

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the brigade and lead a section in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.

• Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
• Highly organised with the ability to communicate and delegate effectively where appropriate
• Real pride and passion for what you do with a keenness to train and develop junior chefs.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Previous experience of working as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
• High standards of Health & Safety and food hygiene.
• Consistent, high quality food that reflects our high standards.
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
